What can I do?

“I'm starting an urticaria outbreak…what can I do?”

To start off, don’t panic! Urticaria is a common phenomenon, and there are definitely ways to calm an outbreak when it occurs:

First of all, avoid scratching and irritating your skin! Then, apply cold presses to your plaques to soothe them, as well as approved moisturizing lotions to moisturize your skin!

Next, discuss with your doctor or pharmacist to learn more about your condition!
